1. Select the service you want from the bookings page, select book now. Follow this to book through my availability calendar and select 'check next availability'. Currently, I work Wednesdays only) and a time slot, 4 at most will be available.

2. Select 'next' and fill out the booking form, please do not provide too much information, a date or year of birth is useful for context when predicting and timing events in your life

3. Select 'book now' and review details, select Continue and enter payment details and 'Place order and pay'. Shortly after this, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions from me on how to reply with clear images of your hands for your virtual hand analysis. Please bear in mind, nothing is automated, I have no AI or bots on this site. It's all me so I may take a few hours to replying.

Unless you have booked a live video call palm reading, you do not need to be online for a specific time.

all videos are recorded and uploaded and can be viewed any time after uploaded forever, by you and only you unless you choose to share it with others.

The booking time slot is allocated to me to work on at that time and takes me around 2-3 hours to complete.

Once your reading is ready it will be either sent to you via email or uploaded and a link will be sent to you.

Your reading will be viewable and available to you forever.

Your reading will be completed by the end of the day on the day your reading is booked, unless I email you and explain otherwise.

I will need images of your hands to complete your reading. The clearer the images, the more detail I will potentially be able to provide. please try to take pictures in natural light and capture the skin ridge patterns and finger prints if possible.

I will contact you after you have booked your palm reading with clear instructions on how to reply to me with images.

Your name and any confidential information will be omitted from You Tube video readings. Although these readings are viewable to the public as a learning resource, your video will be personalised to you but will still be confidential. Please watch some of my 'Random palm readings' on You Tube to get an idea.

Only you will be able to see and share with whom you wish to your private video, and written palm readings.

Video call and in person palm readings are as private as you wish them to be also.

Confidentiality is paramount as the purpose of palmistry is to heal and guide, to counsel, not to harm.
